The breakfast was delicious! Cute little shop tucked away in the bottom of the Bok Financial building. The service was very friendly. I asked for more syrup and they were so kind about giving me more, I love a good house made vanilla syrup. My husband loved his ham and cheese breakfast croissant with egg. My kids really liked the breakfast burritos too. We took a danish to go and ate excited to try it.

PHENOMENAL house made croissant breakfast sandwich. Same goes for the house made focaccia bread pimento ham/turkey sandwich. Husband and wife team that opened up in late summer/early fall 2024, she curated the savory menu, he does the sweets. Can’t speak to the sweets but if they’re even half as good as what I got you need to try them!! First floor of a commercial building.

Great Bakery and coffee shop. They have really good pimento sandwiches and great coffee. They also have breakfast burritos from Red Kitchen (if you haven't been there put it on the list). Its a great locally owned spot in a sea of chain restaurants and vanilla suburbia.

I’m hardly ever in this area but I had some regular concha’s from Aurora at a pop up event so this has been on my radar to try. Today I stopped by after an appointment with my heart set on a crème brulee concha and coffee. I was happy to see they have a breakfast menu and various pastries/drink options. I loved seeing canned drinks and many coffee flavor options from my childhood like tamarindo and maracuya. The vegetarian breakfast sandwich was yummy, not too filling and they use real eggs. The cafe de olla was also delicious. I had to take the pastries to go so I will have to report back on those but I am sure they will be amazing because everything else was! I’ll be back with my husband just to make sure it’s still yummy.

One of everything....that's how the bakery items look (and taste). We got the Almond Cwaaassaaaannn, Cuernito, Concha Danish, Creme Brulee Conochita, Berry muffin and a chocolate chip cookie and everything tasted better than the last item. The baked goods are delicious. As for coffee their selection is limited (I'd like to think of this place as a bakery more than a coffee shop/cafe). With that said, the Hibiscus Arnold Palmer and the Peach horchata didn't disappoint. This place is on the 1st floor of an office building so the seating is very limited but it has a decent atmosphere. It's a must try for baked goods.

It took me way too long to get to @auroracafeandbakery in OP. It is rare that everything I order, I would order again….nothing was a miss with our order. We had the lemon concha, the crème brûlée concha, and the concha danish. All were very different but delicious. The crème brûlée is sweet, this would be a lot to eat alone but I understand why it is selling out every day. It has flavors you cannot get anywhere else. The lemon was refreshing and light and went perfect with my coffee. The danish was exactly what you think. It is dough and a sweet cream and some fruit perfect. As if that wasn’t enough food, we also had the vegetarian croissant breakfast sandwich. The eggs and sun-dried tomatoes were great. My only note is that I would put chili crunch on it. They sell @jchang.kitchen chili crunch and it would be the perfect addition. Lastly, do not sleep on the chocolate chip cookie. It is so freaking good. It is soft and crispy all at the same time with great chocolate and salt on top.
